If you cancel then your refund will depend on how far before the first course it is:
If you pay by card then 4% will be deducted from your refund regardless of when you cancel.
Alternatively, you can send someone else from your organisation for no additional charge.
If you'd like to switch dates then this is treated as a cancellation (and subsequent re-booking) so is subject to the above refund rules.
If you pay by invoice then we need to receive full payment at least 7 days before the first course, or within 30 days after the booking, whichever comes first.
We might cancel or reschedule your courses if there aren't enough people booked on. It's really unlikely but if this happens then we'll give you a full refund. Unfortunately we won't reimburse you for any costs you incur as a result of us cancelling.
